One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner using the selection process described below and satisfaction of the eligibility requirements set forth above, consisting of:

Round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one guest to Nashville, TN (the “Destination”) from the major commercial airport in the continental United States nearest to winner’s primary residence. If winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination, Prize Provider will provide ground transportation in lieu of airfare (or a $300 gift card for gas);

Three (3) nights lodging in Nashville, TN (1 bedroom hotel, 2-person occupancy; room and tax only), checking in August 29, 2025 and checking out September 1, 2025;
