One (1) Prize: the grand prize winner and three (3) eligible guests to see Billy Idol (“Artist”) in concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025. The prize package includes the following:

domestic round-trip coach airfare for the winner and three (3) eligible guests from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) within the 50 U.S./D.C. to Denver, Colorado (September 2, 2025 – September 4, 2025);

one (1) $250 prepaid gift card that can be used towards ground transportation;

two (2) nights hotel accommodations in three (3) double occupancy, standard hotel rooms (September 2, 2025 – September 4, 2025). Location determined by Sponsor/Prize Provider in its sole discretion;

Limousine transportation for prize winner and guests to and from the Performance;

four (4) front-row tickets to see Billy Idol in concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, CO on September 3, 2025;

one (1) private soundcheck experience for prize winner and guests, where Artist and Steve Stevens will perform three (3) songs;

one (1) toast by Artist to the prize winner during the private soundcheck; and

one (1) photo opportunity on-stage with Artist and Steve Stevens during the private soundcheck.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,000

Open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and who are 21 years of age or older (or the age of majority in the entrant’s state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.

Limit: one (1) entry per person/email address/household within a twenty-four (24) hour period during the Sweepstakes Period beginning from the moment you enter (for example: if you enter the sweepstakes at 10:00am on Monday, you cannot enter again until 10:00am on Tuesday).
