(1) Prize: The prize is $25,000 US in the form of a check made payable to the winner, ACH transfer, or other funds transfer method as determined by Sponsor. The value of the prize is $25,000.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen years of age or older as of date of entry.
