There are six hundred (600) prizes (each, a “Prize”) available to be won in the Promotion. Each Prize winner (each, a “Winner”) will receive one (1) exclusive Chiquita Headset with case and charging cable. The ARV of each Prize is $55.00.

The total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $33,000.00.

Open to those individuals who enter the Promotion in accordance with these Official Rules; are legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia; are age 18 or older and the age of majority in their state of residence (19 and older in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 and older in Mississippi) at the time of entry.

There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person during the Promotion Period.

Step One: Log in to your personal, public Instagram account on the Instagram App (please note that participation via a mobile/desktop browser version is not possible) and follow @chiquitabanana on Instagram.

Step Two: Locate the participating post published by @chiquitabanana on June 30, 2025, referring to this Promotion (“Chiquita Post”).

Step Three: Comment on the Chiquita Post with the hashtag #VibeLikeTheBest.

Step Four: Once the above steps (a), (b), and (c) are completed, you will receive a direct message from @chiquitabanana (the “Direct Message”). Follow the instructions in the Direct Message from @chiquitabanana to read, accept, and agree to the Official Rules and the applicable Privacy Policy. You will also berequired to provide the following information to complete your entry:
o First and last name
o Email address
o Country of residence

Step Five (For Winners Only): If you are determined a potential winner, you will receive further instructions via a second Direct Message to provide the following additional details to claim your Prize:
