Twenty (20) winners from each City will each receive one (1) prize (collectively, "Winners", each a "Winner"), for a total of eighty (80) prizes (collectively, "Prizes", each a "Prize"). Each Prize will consist of the following: one (1) $100 Instacart physical gift card (subject to Gift Card Terms and Conditions [https://www.instacart.com/help/article/gift-card-terms]), four (4) cases of Pepsi® (twelve [12] cans per case) and two (2) reusable branded tote bags. Exact Pepsi® product to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and based on availability. ARV: $150.00 each.

Total ARV of all Prizes per City is three thousand dollars ($3,000.00).

Open only to legal residents of the United States who meet all of the following criteria: (a) reside within one of the eligible zip codes of the Phoenix, AZ, Louisville, KY, Charlotte, NC, or Detroit, MI areas (as defined in Exhibit A) (each a "City" collectively "Territory"); (b) are at least eighteen (18) years of age; and (c) have a valid email account.
