Must, at the time of entry, meet all of the following requirements: (i) be a legal resident of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (“Territory”); (ii) be 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in the entrant’s jurisdiction as of the date and time of participation; and (for Alabama and Nebraska residents who are (19) years of age or older) at the time of entry of promotion; and (iii) be registered users of Instagram.

Comment on the CTA Post on Instagram with the required hashtag #ShareAPepsiSweepstakes (each “Participation Post”). The Participation Post must include the hashtag #ShareAPepsiSweepstakes (“Required Hashtag”) in the comment, as applicable. If the Promotion Period is still ongoing when the Participation Post is received by @Pepsi, the Participant will receive a link to an online entry form via Instagram direct message. The Participant must fully complete the online entry form by providing their name, physical address, email address, and phone number, and submit the completed form to the Sponsor.
