Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 grand prize award): The eligible entrant designated as the grand prize winner shall receive two (2) three (3)-day VIP passes for the winner and one guest (age 21 or older) to a Sponsor designated music festival (the “Festival”) scheduled to be held from August 1 – 3, 2025 in St. Charles, Iowa; and, $3,500.00 toward transportation and incidentals to the Festival, paid in the form of a prize check issued to the grand prize winner in the amount of $3,500.00. Dates of Festival as designated by Festival Entities and Sponsor. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the grand prize is $4,940.

First Prize Awards (maximum 10 first prize awards): Each eligible entrant designated as a first prize winner shall receive one (1) $100 Stubhub gift card.

TOTAL ARV OF ALL AVAILABLE PRIZES: $5,940.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. and D.C., who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID.
