Prize: a 3-day/2-night trip for the Winner and one guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend the premiere of "Freakier Friday" currently scheduled to take place in mid-late July 2025. Trip includes: admission for the Winner and their guest to the Event in Los Angeles, CA; two nights’ hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a Los Angeles area hotel selected by Sponsor; roundtrip coach air transportation for two to Los Angeles from a major airport near Winner’s residence to a Los Angeles area airport; roundtrip ground transportation to/from the Los Angeles area airport and hotel; and ground transportation to/from Los Angeles hotel and Event. Winner will also receive: two Freakier Friday-themed prize packs consisting of Freakier Friday merchandise valued at approximately $55.00 each.

Open to entrants who, at the time of entry and throughout the Sweepstakes Period and prize fulfillment period, are natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is or older).

Free Alternate Method of Entry Form ("AMOE"): To enter the Sweepstakes without becoming a Disney+ subscriber, individuals who are eligible as per above may send a 3" x 5" card with your name, email address (REQUIRED), city and state of residence, and daytime phone number and mail in a business size (#10) envelope to: Disney+ Perks: Freakier Friday Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559 ("Mail-in Entry"). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 16, 2025 and received by June 25, 2025 to be eligible for the drawing. To be eligible, Mail-in entries must be postmarked from an address in the 50 U.S. or District of Columbia. All Mail-in entries must be handwritten.
