GRAND PRIZE (1): There is one grand prize (“Grand Prize”) available to be awarded to one (1) Winner. Winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA. The Grand Prize includes round trip coach class airfare for Winner and Guest to and from a U.S. major gateway airport near the Winner’s home and the Los Angeles International Airport (if Winner resides within 250 miles of Los Angeles a fuel and parking allowance will be provided instead of airfare); hotel (“Hotel”) accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy); breakfast daily; select ground transportation; tickets for Winner and Guest to tour the Griffith Observatory; and tickets for Winner and Guest to the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,999.

Open only to (i) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories) (the “Eligibility Area”), (ii) who enter the Sweepstakes from within the Eligibility Area, and (iii) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of primary residence (whichever is older) at time of Sweepstakes Entry.
