Grand Prize (maximum of 10): Each Entrant selected and confirmed as a grand prize Winner shall be eligible to receive the following prize award (“Prize”) with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,500.00:

· Roundtrip coach air travel for two (2) people from the Commercial Service Airport nearest Winner’s residence to the Commercial Service Airport nearest the Winner’s selected destination city within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (“Destination City”), as designated by Administrator;

· Two (2)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a hotel in the metro area of the Destination City, as designated by Administrator;

· One (1) non-reloadable prepaid general merchandise gift card with a debit value of $250.00, which may be used wherever the gift card is accepted for payment towards activities, entertainment, or any expenses of Winner’s choice.

Second Prize (maximum of 10): Each Entrant selected and confirmed as a second prize Winner shall be eligible to receive the following Prize with an ARV of $1,000.00:

· One (1) non-reloadable prepaid general merchandise gift card with a debit value of $1,000.00, which may be used wherever the gift card is accepted for payment towards activities, entertainment, or any expenses of Winner’s choice.

Maximum retail value of all available Prizes: $35,000.00.

Open to an individual who is a legal U.S. resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, 2. Is age 18 or older as of date of entry, 3. Is a certified teacher at a public or private accredited school that operates in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, has any grades K through 12 (“School”), and is in compliance with the laws and regulations of its state, and 4. has a valid U.S. driver’s license or government issued photo identification.

Maximum of one (1) registration and one (1) Entry per person and per valid email address during the entire Registration Period.
