One (1) “Concert for a Year” Grand prize awarded as $3,000 in Live Nation e-gift cards ("Gift Cards"). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand prize is: Three Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($3000.00).

Six (6) First Place Prizes each awarded as one (1) $300 Gift Card. ARV of each First Place Prize is: Three Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($300.00).

Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), who have a valid social security or tax ID number and who are at least twenty-one (21) years old, the time of entry.

Each entrant is eligible to submit up to one (1) Promotion entry per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry or number of entries submitted.
