(1) Grand Prize Winner will receive two tickets to a Private Party to be held at Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s Old Town Whisky River venue in Mooresville, NC, one-night at a Sponsor specified hotel (one, standard-double occupancy room), round-trip economy/coach airline tickets for two and musical performance by Tim Dugger. Total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded in the Promotion is $2400. Total ARV of all prizes without round trip airfare available to be awarded in the Promotion is $900.

Open only to legal residents of Georgia, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee who are twenty-one years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of their entry.
