Open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia at the time of entry, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR STATE OF RESIDENTS, WHICHEVER IS OLDER) at the time of entry.

Once a valid entry is made IT WILL BE CARRIED forward to all remaining Drawings (if any remain).
