Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize, available to be won by one (1) winner (“Grand Prize Winner”), which shall consist of one (1) 2025 Toyota 4Runner1 with a maximum Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) of up to $60,000.00.

Entry Period #1 Prize / ARV: There is one (1) “Pre-Event Prize” available to be won by one (1) Entry Period #1 Entrant (the “Pre-Event Finalist”), which shall consist of a trip package for Pre-Event Finalist to attend the 2025 REDCREST EXPO and the opportunity to participate in the Grand Prize Game for the chance to win the Grand Prize (as further described herein). The Pre-Event Prize will consist of $2,000 in Pre-Paid Gift Cards, for a total ARV of $2,000 (“Pre-Event Prize”).

Entry Period #2 Prizes / ARV: There are two (2) Event Finalist Prizes available to be won by two (2) Entry Period #2 winners (each, an “Event Finalist”), which shall consist of the opportunity to participate in the Grand Prize Game for the chance to win the Grand Prize (as further described within). The ARV of each Event Finalist Prize is $0.00.

Runner-Up Prizes: There are two (2) Runner-Up Prizes, available to be won by the two Finalists who are not declared the Grand Prize Winner (each, a “Runner-Up Prize Winner”) each of which shall consist of $500, to be awarded in the form of a pre-paid gift card or check (ARV = $500.00)

The maximum total ARV of all prizes available to be won for the entirety of this Sweepstakes is $63,000.00.

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry and a U.S. licensed driver.
