One (1) Grand Prize: Three (3)-day/two (2)-night trip for for winner and one (1) travel companion to a Sponsor-specified PGA Golf Tournament (“Event”). Trip includes round-trip economy air transportation for winner and travel companion from major airport nearest winner's home (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), three (3) nights' hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), admission tickets for winner and travel companion to the Event, and $750 spending money (awarded as a check for winner) (ARV: $5,400).

VIA TEXT MESSAGING: During the Promotion Period, look for special Sweepstakes displays at participating Meiomi retailers, with a Quick Response (“QR”) code. Scan the QR code with your 2-way text messaging-capable device (“Device”) to open your Device’s text messaging application, then text the keyword GOLF to short-code 20102. You can also text the keyword GOLF to short-code 20102 without using the QR code on display. After your message with the keyword is received, you will receive a reply message requesting your date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy). After you reply with an eligible date of birth, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Text Entry” or “Entry”). Text Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on the Text Entry Deadline indicated in the chart below in Rule #4 to be included in that Monthly and Weekly Entry Period’s random drawings and any subsequent Monthly and Weekly Entry Period(s)’ random drawing(s) and the Grand Prize random drawing. Mail your Entry in a hand-addressed envelope via first-class mail to: Meiomi Ultimate Golf Getaway Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 7706, Melville, NY 11775-7706, to receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Mailed Entry per mailing envelope. No mechanically reproduced Entries permitted. Mailed Entries must be postmarked by the Mailed Entry Postmark Date indicated in the chart below in Rule #4, and received by the Mailed Entry Deadline indicated, to be included in that Monthly and Weekly Entry Period’s random drawings, any subsequent Monthly and Weekly Entry Period(s)’ random drawings and the Grand Prize random drawing.
