(1) Prize Winner will receive up to a total of 20 Single Film Tickets or its equivalent value pending 2026 ticket structure for winner and one verified guest (10 Single Film Tickets for winner and 10 Single Film Tickets for winner’s verified guest) to attend the 2026 Sundance Film Festival projected to be scheduled the middle-end of January 2026 in Park City, Utah (actual dates as well as location of the 2026 Festival have not been finalized; based on the timing of previous years’ Festivals, Sponsor believes the 2026 version of the Festival will take place during the indicated time period; actual dates of the 2026 Festival will be confirmed by Sponsor/HP2 Promotions on or around three months prior to the event. Prize includes one $2,000 Check that may be used for travel, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, souvenirs and any additional expenses. Approximate Retail Value of Prize is up to $2,200.00.
