Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older at time of entry).

Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person per day regardless of how many email addresses a person may have.
