The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes available to be won in this Sweepstakes is: $111,000.00 broken down as follows:

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes, inclusive of Grand prize Winner’s choice of one (1) of the following:

Option 1: One (1) $100,000 credit towards the purchase of an airplane advertised for sale at www.aircraftforsale.com (the “Credit”). The total ARV of the Option 1 Grand Prize is $100,000.

Option 2: In lieu of the Credit, Grand Prize Winner may opt for $50,000 cash awarded in the form of a check (“Cash Alternative”). The ARV of the Option 2 Grand Prize is $50,000.

First Prizes: One (1) First Prize will be awarded for each Monthly Drawing. The ARV of each First Prize is $1,000. A total of eleven (11) First Prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. The total ARV of all First Prizes to be awarded is $11,000.

Open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

Regardless of the method(s) used to enter this sweepstakes, there is a limit of one hundred (100) entries per Entrant, even if more than one hundred (100) entries were earned.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter the Sweepstakes without subscribing, Entrants may enter for free, by mail as follows: On a 3” x 5” card, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth and email address. Mail your completed 3” x 5” card in an envelope to: “2025 Ultimate FLYING Giveaway”, PO Box 427, Newark, NY 14513. Mail entries must be postmarked and received as follows to be considered eligible.

The first twenty-five (25) envelopes submitted will each equal one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. The twenty-sixth (26th) envelope submitted will equal seventy-five (75) entries into the Sweepstakes.
