One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner using the selection process described below and satisfaction of the eligibility requirements set forth above, consisting of:

One (1) round-trip, basic economy air transportation for two (2) to Riviera Cancún, Mexico (the “Destination”), from a major commercial airport in the United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico nearest to winner’s primary residence as determined by Sponsor;

One (1) Out Of The Blue package for two consisting of hotel accommodation for five (5) nights in one (1) standard double occupancy room at the Moon Palace Resort in Riviera Cancún, Mexico (check-in: January 3, 2025 and check-out: January 8, 2025, to include all meals, beverages, resort activities, amenities; adventures and spa not included);

Two (2) tickets to the Out Of The Blue Festival scheduled for January 4, 2025 through January 7, 2025 at the Moon Palace Resort in Riviera Cancún, Mexico (the “Event”); and

Visitors tax.

Approximate Retail Value of the Prize: $7,941.
