HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Sweepstakes Period, if you are eligible, visit a participating Kohl’s store and if you are determined to be one of the first 200 people to enter the store, as determined by Sponsor’s agent, in their sole discretion, you will receive a Game Piece, while supplies last. Limit: (1) Game Piece per person. You must have access to the Internet, a valid email address, and a valid physical mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) to claim a non-Kohl’s
Cash® prize. If you receive a Game Piece, follow the instructions to reveal your prize. If your prize is a Kohl’s Cash prize, use it before 11:59 p.m. local time on November 29, 2024 online or in store before
the store closes, whichever is earlier, as it will expire at that point and will remain un-awarded. If your Game Piece indicates that you have won a different prize (other than Kohl’s Cash), during
the Online Prize Redemption Period, follow the instructions on the Game Piece to visit KohlsBlackFridaySweeps2024.com (“Redemption Website”) and complete and submit an official redemption form, including the 8-character prize code listed on your winning Game Piece and your full name, address (no P.O. Boxes), email address and date of birth. Click the check box signifying that you meet the eligibility requirements and have read and agree to these Official Rules. If you do not check the box indicating your confirmation of, and agreement to, the above, you will not be able to redeem your Game Piece for a prize. If you successfully complete the steps above and your code is validated, you will receive a confirmation message and information
about fulfillment of your prize.

SECOND CHANCE DRAWING, IF ANY (3x5 mail-in card or paper): If you are otherwise eligible according to Section 1 but are not one of the first 200* people and do not receive a Game Piece, but would like to be included in a “Second Chance Drawing” if any prizes (excluding Kohl’s Cash prizes) are not redeemed before the end of the Online Prize
Redemption Period, legibly hand-print your full name, full mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email address, phone number, and birth date on a plain 3x5 inch paper.

Each entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for postage-due entries or for
any incorrect or illegible data contained in any entry. Mailed-in entries must be postmarked no later than December 13, 2024 and received by December 20, 2024, to be eligible for the Second
Chance Drawing, if any. All mailed entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. If you take the steps above, you will receive (1) entry into the Second Chance Drawing, if any, subject to the limit below. If and only if there are unredeemed non-Kohl’s Cash prizes after the end of the Redemption Period, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entrants in the Second Chance Drawing to award the
applicable prizes. Potential winners may be required to complete Declaration forms, as described below, depending on the value of the applicable prize. If all prizes are redeemed within the Redemption Period, there will be no Second Chance Drawing.
The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for technical difficulties of any kind, or for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information. LIMIT: (1) Game Piece per person and (1) Second Chance Drawing entry per person.
