Grand Prize Award (Maximum 1 winner): The grand prize winner shall receive a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest age 21 or older) to Oaxaca, Mexico. Travel dates shall be as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, and all travel must be completed by 12/15/2025, and subject to change based upon availability. The grand prize trip for two has a maximum retail value not to exceed $4,500, and includes:

· Round trip coach class airfare for two (winner and one guest age 21 or older) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to the Sponsor designated airport servicing Oaxaca, Mexico.

o Actual departure date, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsor;

· Three (3)-nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy) at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in the Oaxaca, Mexico metro area and/or other Sponsor designated metro area (based upon availability);

o Arrival and departure dates as solely specified by Sponsor, based upon availability;

· $500 travel stipend towards ground transportation and/or meals;

· Opportunity to participate in a non-exclusive tour of a Sponsor designated Mezcal distillery during trip, based upon availability.

Open only to legal residents of the (50) U.S. and D.C., who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government issued photo ID.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes registration period, regardless of method of entry.
