Grand Prize is an amount up to $50,000 deposited into winner’s SoFi Bank, N.A. Checking & Savings Account. The amount will be determined by winner’s annualized monthly payment for the period of one month prior to the Sweepstakes entry. Grand Prize is awarded based on principal and interest payments for one year of the winner’s existing mortgage loan or rent, up to $50,000. Winner’s existing mortgage loan must be with a financial institution or bank within the fifty United States or the District of Columbia. If the winner does not have a mortgage or rent at time of winning or if the winner’s mortgage or rent payments are less than $25,000 annualized, the Grand Prize winner will receive $25,000 based on information and documentation provided by the winner, and is intended to cover the Grand Prize winner’s rent or mortgage payments for twelve months. The minimum that will be awarded as a Grand Prize $25,000 and the maximum that will be awarded is $50,000. ARV of each Grand Prize: Up to $50,000 depending on winner’s current housing costs.

Total ARV of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes: Up to $75,000.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen years of age or older as of date of entry who have at least one of the following military statuses.
· On active military duty and have served 90 continuous days.
Or
· Be a veteran who meets length-of-service requirements, which generally are 90 days in wartime and 181 days in peacetime.
Or
· Have completed 90 days of active-duty service or six creditable years in the Selected Reserve or National Guard.
Or
· Are the surviving spouse of a veteran who died while in service or from a service-connected disability and who have not remarried, or who remarried after age 57 or Dec. 16, 2003. Spouses of service members missing in action or prisoners of war are also eligible.
