(12) Winners will each receive a prize package consisting of the listed prizes as noted, or in some cases, a voucher for select prizes, chosen by Oprah, listed in the 2024 O List Favorite Things appearing in Oprah Daily’s holiday issue. Total ARV for each Winner: $15,405.93 and $4,622.00 in a check, which Winners may use, if they so elect, to help defray any tax liability they may incur in connection with their acceptance of the Prize Package (for a total of $20,027.93 per Winner).
Total ARV for all 12 Winners: $184,871.16; and $55,464 in a check for all 12 Winners which Winners may use, if they so elect, to help defray any tax liability they may incur in connection with their acceptance of the Prize Package (for a total of $240,335.16 for all 12 Winners).

Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years or older at time of entry.
