Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is: Three Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($3000.00).

Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) have a valid social security or tax ID number and who are at least eighteen (18) years old, at the time of entry.
