Grand Prize (1): One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize consists of: a Holiday party for the winner and their invited guests at a Sponsor designated venue (i.e. restaurant, nightclub or bar, or event venue) inclusive of event reservation and catering/dining for the event, with a maximum value not to exceed $5,000, inclusive of any rental/reservation fee, food/catering/non-alcoholic drinks, sales tax and gratuity. Number of guests based upon availability. Event date and venue location for holiday party as solely determined by Sponsor, based upon availability.

Instant Win Prize (90): Ninety (90) instant win prizes will be available to be awarded. Each instant win prize consists of one (1) Heineken Holiday Sherpa. Size based upon availability and as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each instant win prize: $66. Total ARV of all available instant win prize awards: $5,940.

Open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age and older at time of entry.
