(1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: (1) home located in Kansas City, Missouri (the “HGTV Urban Oasis® 2024”) that is featured on the Websites (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) ARV: $669,088; and (ii) ($50,000) (awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer) (the “Cash Prize”). Actual value of HGTV Urban Oasis 2024 depends on market fluctuations.
ARV of total Grand Prize: $719,088.

In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Urban Oasis 2024 (and the contents of the HGTV Urban Oasis® 2024), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $250,000 in cash, awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (the “Cash Option”). If Grand Prize Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize Winner will still receive the Cash Prize. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $300,000 if Grand Prize Winner receives the Cash Option in lieu of the HGTV Urban Oasis 2024.
