(50) Prizes. Each prize winner will receive a prize package to include:
Six months of Ultra Mobile Unlimited Service which will be awarded in the form of a 3-in-1 SIM card; and
Six months of Winner’s choice of streaming service which will be awarded in the form of a $150 pre-paid bank gift card.
ARV of each prize is $420.
Total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $21,000.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are age 18 or older and the age of majority in their state of residence (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 or older in Mississippi) at the time of entry.

There is a limit of one Online Entry per person.
