There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to the Winner. Prize will consist of the following: one (1) one hundred dollar ($100) gift card for concessions and one (1) private screening for Winner and up to ten (10) guests (collectively, “Guests”, each a “Guest”), subject to the selected movie theater’s (“Theater”) room capacity (pursuant to all applicable capacity restrictions, government regulations, orders, guidelines and recommendations, at any level of government) at a Theater located in Winner’s hometown or neighboring city to view the motion picture currently entitled, “Piece By Piece” (the “Event”).

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is One Thousand One Hundred United States Dollars ($1,100).

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period and are Focus Insider members.
