Tier 1 Prize – Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, a total of four thousand (4,000), AXS Gift Cards, each in the amount of Twenty-Five Dollars (US$25) (the “Tier 1 Prize”), will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. A total of 4,000 (4,000) unique winners will be selected for the Tier 1 Prize.

Tier 2 Prize (“Grand Prize”) – Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, a total of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is one (1) One Thousand Dollar (US$1,000) AXS Gift Card.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Tier 1 Prizes awarded under this Sweepstakes is: Twenty-Five Dollars (US$25), per prize (and One Hundred Thousand Dollars (US$100,000) for all Tier 1 Prizes awarded).

The ARV of the Tier 2 Prize awarded under this Sweepstakes is: One Thousand Dollars (US$1,000).

The ARV of all prizes awarded under this Sweepstakes is: One Hundred One Thousand Dollars (US$101,000).

Open to individuals who, as of the beginning of the Entry Period (defined below): (i) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, excluding New York and Florida (the “Territory”); and (ii) are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Each participant is limited to one (1) Qualifying Entry.
