Prize Details
Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 prize award): The eligible entrant designated as the grand prize winner shall be awarded a trip for the winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) to the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, KY, and shall include:
· Coach-class roundtrip airfare for the winner and one (1) guest (21 years of age or older) from the nearest major metro airport to the winner’s home to Louisville or Lexington, KY;
o Airline and departure/arrival airports as solely determined and designated by Sponsor and subject to availability.
o If grand prize winner resides within 250-miles of the Buffalo Trace Distillery or the greater Frankfort, KY metro area, Sponsor reserves the right to provide a $500 gift card toward ground transportation in lieu of airfare.
· One (1) night lodging at the Stagg Lodge located on the property of the Buffalo Trace Distillery;
· Dinner for winner and one (1) guest (21 years of age or older) prepared by a private chef at the Stagg Lodge;
o Meal type and service time as solely designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability and date of experience.
· One (1) VIP tour of the Buffalo Trace Distillery for the winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older);
o Tour date and time as solely determined and designated by Sponsor.
· Meet-and-greet with Chris Stapleton at Buffalo Trace Distillery for winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older);
o Date and time of meet-and-greet as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, subject to availability. If winner’s selected distillery visit date cannot accommodate a meet-and-greet with Chris Stapleton, winner will forfeit the meet-and-greet portion of the prize award and will not receive any alternate prize compensation.
· One (1) $50 gift card to the Buffalo Trace gift shop;
o Gift card subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration, of the issuing gift card provider policy.
· One (1) $500 gift card toward supplemental ground transportation and incidentals.
The grand prize award has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,050.
First Prize Award (maximum 500 prize awards): Each eligible entrant designated as a first prize winner shall be awarded one (1) Traveller Whiskey branded hat. Each hat has an ARV of $20.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL AVAILABLE PRIZE AWARDS: $12,050.
