TWELVE (12) PRIZES (One (1) awarded per Entry Period): A $5,000 check made payable to the eligible institution of higher education as reflected in the winner's Declaration. A winner forfeits the prize if they do not attend a participating college/university within one (1) year of notification/winner confirmation. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.

Total ARV of all prizes: $60,000.

Open only to residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and the US territories who are at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

Entrants must also be a) a U.S. high school senior student, including a student who attends an alternative school or is home schooled; b) a student who has earned a GED or equivalent in the U.S.; c) an undergraduate or graduate student at a U.S college or University; or d) a parent or legal guardian of a student that meets the requirements of a, b or c.

Limit: Eligible entrants may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period and receive up to two (2) Sweepstakes entries, regardless of method of entry.
