The following prizes (each, a “Prize”) are available during each Entry Period:

Two (2) Grand Prizes of one (1) Five Hundred Dollar ($500) Gift Card.

Fifty (50) First Prizes of one (1) Two Hundred and Fifty Dollar ($250) Gift Card.

Two Hundred and Eighty-Two (282) Second Prizes of one (1) One Hundred Dollar ($100) Gift Card.

Four Thousand One Hundred and Sixty-Five (4,165) Third Prizes of one (1) Fifty Dollar ($50) Gift Card.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all available Prizes per Entry Period is $250,000.

The total ARV of all Prizes available during the Sweepstakes Period is $1,000,000.

Must, as of August 31, 2024 be: (i) an existing DIRECTV Satellite or via Internet customer (excludes U-verse TV, DIRECTV STREAM, DIRECTV for Business accounts, and all other non-residential DIRECTV accounts including residential multi-dwelling unit accounts) with an account in "good-standing" as determined by DIRECTV in its sole discretion; and (ii) a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident alien who is physically located in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who is at least 18 years of age at time of entry (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska who must be 19 years of age or older or residents of Mississippi who must be 21 years of age or older).

There is a limit of two (2) entries and four (4) bonus entries per person per Entry Period, for a maximum of six (6) total Sweepstakes entries per Entry Period, and a total of up to twenty-four (24) entries during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries do not roll over to subsequent Entry Periods.
