First Prize. On or around the Drawing Date for each Entry Period, three (3) First Prize Winners (each a “Winner”) will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received by the close of that Entry Period. There will be a total of thirty (30) First Prize Winners. Each First Prize Winner will win the following prize package (the “Prize”): one (1) Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest t-shirt (ARV: $12.00) and one (1) Hacker-Pschorr fedora hat (ARV: $7.80). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize package is $19.80. The ARV of all First Prizes to be awarded is $594.00.

Grand Prize. On or around 11/11/24, or as soon as practical after all First Prize Winners have been confirmed, two (2) Grand Prize Winners (each a “Grand Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected from among all eligible First Prize Winners. Each Grand Prize Winner will receive the following prize (the “Grand Prize”): one (1) custom Hacker-Pschorr “Heavens of Bavaria” 10 x 10 canopy tent with frame. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Grand Prize is $1,050.00. The ARV of all Grand Prizes to be awarded is $2,100.00.

There is a limit of one (1) entry (“Entry”) per person or per email address per Entry Period irrespective of the method of entry for a total of ten (10) possible Entries per person or email address during the Sweepstakes Period.
