Grand Prize (Maximum 1 winner): The eligible entrant confirmed as the Grand Prize winner shall receive a Home Entertainment System, including the merchandise items as outlined below (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any merchandise item(s) with alternate prize of approximate equal or greater value in its sole discretion, based upon availability at time of prize award):

One (1) 55-inch class smart 4k HDTV. Make, model, color and options as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate size based upon availability in its sole discretion (ARV: $750);

One Sonos Surround Set with Arc Sound System. Make, model, color and options as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate sound system based upon availability in its sole discretion (ARV: $1,397).

Total ARV of grand prize award: $2,147.

Instant Win Prize Awards (Maximum 13 winners): Each instant win prize winner shall receive: two (2) Yeti Slim Can tumblers. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each instant win prize award: $50. Total maximum value of all available instant win prizes: $650.
