One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded for each Entry Period and will receive: DIRECTV service for life (Terms and Conditions apply to DIRECTV service). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $198,000.

The total ARV of all prizes awarded during the Sweepstakes Period is $594,000.

Must, as of July 13, 2024 be: (i) an existing DIRECTV Satellite or via Internet customer (excludes U-verse TV, DIRECTV STREAM, DIRECTV for Business accounts, and all other non-residential DIRECTV accounts including residential multi-dwelling unit accounts) with an account in "good-standing" as determined by DIRECTV in its sole discretion; and (ii) a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident alien who is physically located in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who is at least 18 years of age at time of entry (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska who must be 19 years of age or older or residents of Mississippi who must be 21 years of age or older).

There is a limit of two (2) entries and four (4) bonus entries per person per Entry Period, for a maximum of six (6) total Sweepstakes entries per Entry Period. Entries do not roll over to subsequent Entry Periods.

Entry Period #1 begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on July 14, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2024.

Entry Period #2 begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on August 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 15 2024.

Entry Period #3 begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on August 16, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2024.
