Grand Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize consists of two (2) 4-Day passes to a festival at Highland Festival Grounds Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, KY, on September 19, 2024, through September 22, 2024, and four (4) night (double occupancy) hotel accommodations (the“Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize has an approximate cash value of Three Thousand Five Hundred U.S. Dollars ($3,500).

If the potential winner lives more than two hundred (200) miles from the venue location, the Grand Prize will also include round-trip (coach class) air transportation to Louisville, KY, for the potential winner and a guest and four (4) night (double occupancy) hotel accommodations.

Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize including air and lodging for each prize (if required) is approximately Four Thousand Nine Hundred U.S. Dollars ($4,900).

Open to individuals who: (i) are legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and other US Overseas Territories); (ii) are physically residing in the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia; (iii) have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of the Promotion (participants must be 19 years or older in Alabama and Nebraska and 21 years or older in Mississippi); and (iv) possess a valid Social Security, personal tax I.D. number or Social Insurance Number issued by the appropriate government agency.
