Prize #4: Winner will receive an original portrait artwork drawn by a Pixar artist (specific artist to be determined by Pixar in its sole discretion). Winner will be required to submit a recent photo (free of all third party rights and encumbrances) for artist reference along with his/her answer to the following question: "What's your favorite emotion?" as well as to otherwise cooperate with any and all reasonable requests from Pixar artist. Pixar will retain all intellectual property rights in the original portrait artwork, including, but not limited to copyrights therein. Prize #21: Winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip (“Trip”) for Winner and a guest to New York, NY to attend live performances of “The Lion King” at the Minskoff Theatre and “Aladdin” at the New Amsterdam Theatre (each a “Show” and collectively the “Shows”), a complimentary bundle of Disney on Broadway merchandise, including a limited-edition ALADDIN-inspired Dooney & Burke handbag, tickets to the Museum of Broadway for Winner and guest and a VIP tour of the New Amsterdam Theatre (“NAT”).

Trip consists of the following:

Up to two (2) round trip coach airfares between the major gateway airport closest to Winner's residence (“Departure Airport”) and a New York area airport selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Arrival Airport”)

Round trip ground transportation for up to two (2) persons or voucher(s) of up to $100.00 in total for local ground transportation service from Arrival Airport to the Hilton New York Times Square Hotel (“Hotel”)

A voucher (subject to terms and conditions thereon) redeemable for one (1) standard room (with a maximum of two (2) persons) for three (3) nights at the Hotel.

Prize #22: Winner will receive a eight (8) day/seven (7) night National Geographic Expeditions “Wild Galápagos Escape” trip (the “Trip”), operated by Lindblad Expeditions (“Tour Operator”), with additional inclusions, if applicable, as set forth below (collectively, the “Vacation Package”) for the Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”) (Prize Winner and Guest together, the “Group”). The Vacation Package is subject to restrictions and conditions, including those set forth below.

The Vacation Package consists of the following:

Roundtrip coach airfare between a major international commercial airport near Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and an international airport at or near the originating and ending point of the Trip (each as determined solely by Sponsor and/or Tour Operator, with possible stopovers) for the Group, and internal airfare, if applicable

Transfers upon arrival/departure for Winner and Guest booked on recommended Group flights

Seven (7) nights of accommodation for two (2) people on the Trip including:

Grand Prize: Winner will receive one (1) upgrade to a D23 Gold Membership Individual Plan for a one-year period (the “Grand Prize). Approximate Retail Value: $99. If Grand Prize Winner already has Gold Membership, Grand Prize will be credited to renewal of such membership at the end of existing one-year period.
