Open to legal residents of the Eligible States, CA, IL, IA, KS, MD, ME, MO, NE, NH, NC, OK, OR, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WI and WV, who live within an Eligible ZIP Code and are at least eighteen years old (at least 19 years old in NE) as of date of entry.

Limit seven entries per person/phone number during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry.

Sponsor will donate $1 per entry received to Screen Sanity up to $25,000 total donation. For clarity, no matter the number of entries received, the total donation to Screen Sanity will not exceed $25,000.
