here is one (1) Prize available to be won. One (1) Nominee Prize Winner will receive $5,000, to be awarded in the form of a check.

The ARV of the Prize: $5,000.

Nominators/Entrants: To submit a nomination, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, and age 21 or older at the time of entry.

Nominees: Each Nominee must be a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) organization with headquarters located within the 50 United States, or the District of Columbia, and in good standing in their state. An eligible non-profit nominated multiple times by different nominators will only receive one (1) entry into the drawing - multiple nominations for the same non-profit will not increase that organizations chances of winning.

Limit: One (1) Entry/Nomination per person regardless of whether entrant has more than one email address.

The intent of the Promotion is to invite participants (each a “Nominator” or “Entrant”, as further defined below) to nominate a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) (a “Nominee”, as further defined below) to receive a $5,000 donation from the Sponsor.
