Each winner (5) will receive five dozen of the winner’s choice of Titleist Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf balls with their personally customized marking and one dozen Pro V1 or Pro V1x autographed by a tour player and containing the tour player’s personal ball marking. The personally customized markings will be replicated as closely as possible based on Titleist’s customization tooling, but may not be exact. Golf balls autographed and marked by tour players may contain imperfections.
Total approximate retail value of each prize is $400.00.
