One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive the following: An RTIC prize pack valued at $2,500, all contents determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion and a check for $2,500 made out to the winner.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is: $5,000.

Ninety-Two (92) First Prize Winners (“First Prize Winners”) each will receive the following: An RTIC cooler, all details determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

The ARV of each First Prize is: $270.

The ARV of all prizes combined: $29,840.00.

Open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of time/date of entry.
