Must be a legal resident and physically reside in one of the following states and markets of the Closet Factory: Virginia - Richmond-Petersburg and Virginia Beach, Pennsylvania – Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, Texas - Dallas, Washington - Seattle, Massachusetts - Boston, Missouri - St. Louis, Colorado - Denver, Florida – Miami and Orlando, Ohio - Cleveland, Maryland – Baltimore and South Carolina - Columbia, Charleston, Bluffton/Savannah and Greenville and at least eighteen years of age or the age of majority in his/her state of residence at the time of entry.
Must legally own an Eligible Home, which is defined as a single-family stand alone residence.
