Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will have the option to select one (1) of the following grand prizes: (a) one (1) Featured Home Prize (as defined below) with an ARV of $100,000.00; (b) an amount equal to $100,000 awarded in the form of a gift card/Prize Supplier credit that can be used by the Grand Prize Winner solely to purchase one (1) Custom Home Prize (as defined below) with an ARV of $100,000.00; or (c) an amount equal to $75,000.00 in immediately available wire transferred funds with an ARV of $75,000.00 (the "Cash Prize").

Entry Period Prizes: Each Entry Period Prize Winner will receive $2,500 to be awarded in the form of a check or immediately available wire transferred funds. Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Entry Period Prize is $2,500. Total ARV of all Entry Period Prizes is $12,500.00.

Total ARV for all prizes available to be awarded is between $87,500 and $112,500.00, depending on Grand Prize selected by the Grand Prize Winner.

Open only to legal residents of California, Idaho, Oregon or Washington who are eighteen (18) years of age or older in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Limit of one (1) entry per Entrant per calendar day during the Promotion.
