Automotive technician or mechanic
Diesel technician or mechanic
Industrial MRO (maintenance, repair, operations) technician
Utility services technician
Aeronautical technician or mechanic
A legal resident of 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
Must be 18 years old or older.
Located in the Territory and meet the age requirement at the time of entry.
