One (1) Grand Prize: A $5,000 Gift Card or prize check issued by the Administrator (as solely determined by the Sponsor) to be utilized for spa treatments. Total RV: $5,000.
Ten (10) First Prizes: A one-year supply of smartwater. First Prize will be fulfilled as 365 coupons loaded into the winner’s EXTRAMILE REWARDS account. Each day during the year, such winner may redeem for one (1) 1 liter bottle of smartwater at a participating ExtraMile location. Limit of one coupon redemption per day. All of the coupons will expire 365 days after the day that the coupons are uploaded to the winner’s EXTRAMILE REWARDS account. ARV: $1,200 each. Total ARV: $12,000.

To enter without making a store visit and/or purchase, handprint in English in black ink on a 3”x 5” piece of paper your complete name, mailing address, mobile phone number, email address, and date of birth and then mail in a properly stamped envelope to “You Deserve Extra Sweepstakes, PO Box 488, Syosset, NY 11791-0488 USA” (the “Mail-in Entry”). To be entered into the Sweepstakes drawing as further detailed below in Rule #4, the Mail-in Entry must be postmarked by 2/27/2024 and received by 3/5/2024.
