Fifteen (15) prizes are available (divided as noted in the Entry Pool chart below). Each Prize consists of 5X the amount of the highest value of each winner's Federal, State, or Local tax refund direct deposited to such winner's Account, up to a maximum of $3,500 (for a maximum payout of $17,500.00). If a winner entered via the AMOE, the winner will receive 5X the maximum tax refund amount of the Entry Pool selected on the request form (e.g., a winner that entered via AMOE in Entry Pool 1 would receive a prize in the amount of $2500.00). If a winner entered via the AMOE and selected Entry Pool 3 on the request form, the winner will receive the maximum payout of $17,500.00. Should any winner's 5X the amount of the highest tax refund value total less than $100, Netspend will prize $100.

In addition, seventy (70) prizes Weekly Prizes of $500 each will be available for Weekly Winners.

TOTAL Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $51,120 – $102,500, depending on the amount of the prizes awarded.

Open only to legal United States residents who reside in the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C., who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, who maintain an Account in good standing (as defined below) at the time a prize is awarded, or enter as set out below, without an Account.

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry, instances of Qualifying Activity, or number of eligible Accounts.

Entry without an Account: To enter the Sweepstakes without a Qualifying Activity to an Account, there is an alternate method of entry available (the "AMOE"). Limit one (1) entry per mailing. Offer is limited to one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of AMOE mailings. All requests must be postmarked by April 15, 2024 and received by May 1, 2024.
