Grand Prize (1): a trip to Las Vegas for the winner to receive a
tattoo by DJ Tambe. Trip includes the following:
One economy class round-trip airfare from the Grand Prize winner’s home airport to Las Vegas, NV (Transportation to/from winner’s home airport and any baggage fees are all winner’s responsibility) at a date determined by the Sponsor.
Single room, double occupancy accommodation for three nights, at a three-star hotel or better in Las Vegas. NV.
A $3,400 Visa gift card to be used for a tattoo.
A $500 Visa gift card to cover additional expenses.
Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize: $5,000.

First Prize (2): Each First Prize consists of a $1,000 Visa gift card to be used for a tattoo. (ARV: $1,000).

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC who are age 21 or older at time of entry.
