After your message with the keyword is received, you will receive a reply message requesting your date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy) and the 2-letter postal abbreviation for your state of residence. After you reply with an eligible date of birth and 2-letter postal abbreviation for your state, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
VIA MAIL: On a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand print your full name, street address, city, state, zip, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), daytime telephone number and valid email address (collectively “Mailed Entry” or “Entry”). You must also include your signature on your Entry to certify that you are 21 years of age or older. Mail your Entry in a hand-addressed envelope via first-class mail to: Modelo Winter Gift Card Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 7706, Melville, NY 11775-7706, to receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes. IMPORTANT: You must indicate the 2-letter postal abbreviation for your state of residence in block letters in the lower, left-hand corner of the front of your envelope. Limit one (1) Mailed Entry per mailing envelope. No mechanically reproduced Entries permitted. Mailed Entries must be postmarked by February 20, 2024 and received by February 26, 2024.
