Open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, or such residents stationed overseas with an address in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are: (a) either (i) active-duty US military personnel or veterans, or (ii) family of active-duty US military members or veterans; (b) authorized Commissary and/or Exchange patrons; and (c) 18 years of age and older as of the time of participation.
