GRAND PRIZE: One (1) grand prize of a one (1) year Hertz EV Rental and $25,000 cash to be awarded in the form of a check (the “Grand Prize”). Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $42,368

FIRST PRIZES: Three (3) First Prize Winners will each receive $1,000 cash to be awarded in the form of a check (each a “First Prize”). Total ARV of each First Prize is $1,000. Total ARV of all First Prizes is $3,000.

SECOND PRIZES: Ten (10) Second Prize Winners will each receive a green driving accessory kit to include: i) lightning chargers, ii) phone holder, iii) premium seat covers, iv) air freshener, and v) sanitary wipes. Total ARV of each Second Prize is $800. Total ARV of all Second Prizes is $8,000.

Total ARV of all prizes is $53,368.

Open to registered drivers of Uber (see requirements at https://www.uber.com/us/en/drive/requirements/?uclick_id=c2eec292-7f39-4d00-b4d3-c22aa1565695) who are legal United States residents residing in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty (20) years of age or older at the time of entry.

There is a limit of thirty-six (36) entries per Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes Period regardless of the method of entry.
